How to learn to work with Logger
With the licence you get a video course and a text manual covering every step from choosing groups to handling conversations. Private adds 1 hour of training; Business adds 3 hours of team training and personal onboarding.
How much time the system needs
It depends on how involved you are and how roles are split. There are three jobs: setting up the system (groups, scenarios, prompts), running it daily (reviewing conversations, adding groups) and answering the leads the agents hand over. Your employee can do all of it; setup and running can be handed to a targeting specialist-integrator, leaving only lead replies on your side. Without a responsible person the system works at half strength.
Support: standard and premium
Standard — a reply within 24 hours. Premium (Business for 12 months) — a reply within 60 minutes and a technical setup consultation.
How much do AI model tokens cost
It depends on the setup: how many conversations the agents hold, which model you chose and how long the prompts are. Tokens are paid directly to the model provider through your API key — usage is visible in the provider's dashboard and can be capped there.
Cancelling Private
Private is paid monthly in advance. To cancel, simply don't renew the next month — access remains until the end of the paid month.
Your own accounts
Connected at no extra charge. Their quality and ban risk are on your side; we recommend a proxy for each.
Renewal and changing the term
At the end of the period you can renew for any term. The new monthly price applies from the start of the next period.
Refunds
Once you have access to the system, payments are not refunded — neither a Private month nor a Business period. If you decide not to continue, access remains until the end of the paid term.
Who sets up the scenarios
Your choice: your own team, using the video course and manual, or a targeting specialist-integrator turnkey. You pay the integrator directly; the licence is separate. The integrator sets their own price: it depends on the scope of the setup and whether they will run the system afterwards.
Private limits aren't enough
More than 30 groups, 20 accounts or several business lines — switch to Business from the start of the next month.
Group reach
Unlimited on Business. The limit is how many groups one account can hold at once — a Telegram restriction.
