Terms of use

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the tglogger.com website and the Logger service provided by Altera AI Technologies. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. The service

Logger is a cloud panel for working with Telegram at business scale: group monitoring, AI agents, audience collection and validation modules, broadcasting and analytics. All agents and modules are available in both plans; the plans differ in limits, billing period, amount of training and level of support.

3. Licence and payment

Access is provided under a licence. The Private plan is paid monthly in advance; to stop using it, simply don't renew the next month. The Business plan is paid in advance for the chosen period — 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is accepted in USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) or ERC20 (Ethereum) networks to the address shown on the payment page; the sender pays the network fee. A payment counts as received once the transaction is confirmed on the network. Price changes take effect from the start of the next billing period.

4. Client's responsibility

The client is responsible for setting up scenarios and prompts, choosing the audience, the content of messages and complying with Telegram's rules and the laws of their country, including advertising and personal data laws.

The client uses the service only for lawful activities.

5. Platform risks

Working in Telegram carries a risk of account bans. Logger applies protective measures but cannot rule the risk out completely. A banned account is replaced at its package price, and the proxy is moved for free. The client is responsible for its own accounts.

6. Refunds

Once the client has access to the system, payments are not refunded — neither a Private month nor a Business period. Access remains until the end of the paid term.

7. Support

Standard support — a reply within 24 hours. Premium support (Business for 12 months) — a reply within 60 minutes and a technical setup consultation.

8. Intellectual property

The rights to the service, website and materials belong to Altera AI Technologies. Client data remains the client's property.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

The governing law and dispute resolution are set out in the contract with the client.
