Who does the module collect?
Members and active authors of the selected groups. This is the database the agents then work with.
Isn't this spam?
It depends on the task and the method you choose. In demand-capture scenarios the agent writes only to people who stated a request themselves. Messaging a collected database is cold outreach: Logger makes every message personal and keeps a safe pace, but you decide whom to write to and with what offer. Complying with your country's advertising and data laws is your responsibility.
Where is the data stored?
Contacts, conversations and databases are stored in the Logger cloud panel, accessible to your team. To compose a reply, the agent sends the message text to an AI model through your API key — you choose the model provider.
How much does it cost?
The Private licence is $249 a month; Business is from $400 a month when paid for 12 months (for 3 months it is $500 a month). Both include all 5 agents, 5 modules, the video course and the manual. Accounts, proxies and AI model tokens are paid separately; token usage depends on the setup — how many conversations the agents hold and which model you chose.
Do we need to set anything up ourselves?
Whichever suits you. You can set it up yourselves with the video course and written manual, or hand it to a targeting specialist-integrator who sets everything up turnkey and runs the system.
Will I get results if I just switch the system on?
No. The agents take over the routine, but results come from a person who works with Logger every day: reviews conversations, adds groups, improves prompts. Appoint a responsible employee or work with an integrator.
