1. Who processes the data

This policy covers website visitors and people who send a request. Data that clients collect and store in the Logger cloud panel is processed under the contract with the client.

2. What data we collect

Data you leave in forms: your name, company name, Telegram username or phone number.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, website pages, referral source, cookies.

3. Why we use it

To contact you and hold a consultation.

To prepare a commercial proposal and sign a contract.

To improve the website and measure advertising effectiveness.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to prepare and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and in our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Who we share data with

Only to services that help us work: website hosting, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (visit statistics), Telegram (new request notifications), Google Meet (meetings). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. How long we keep data

As long as needed for the purposes in section 3 or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — write to [email protected].

You can request access to your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, transfer your data and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
